True. But I didn't need to google to know. Ken's particular passion has more than a little connection to my own. The day doesn't start without a little latte art in a cup for my wife and myself. Like this one, for instance. After all, coffee is the staff of life, isn't it?
Sometimes I'm get lazy and use my thermometer to make some etched art. It's kind of cheating but, hey, it's my kitchen so I call the shots, right?
So, any of you guys play around with latte art as well?
Sorry, no, I don’t drink coffee. I can appreciate the artistry, although it seems a little excessive for something that’s just going to go down your gullet . . .
