Crow I believe that you misspelled “mess” in the seconds panel you spelled it as “mods”
He didn’t make a mess to the toilet. He made modifications, or “mods” in slang shorthand, to the toilet. Those mods made a mess of the toilet.
I know my mom’s family got a toilet to explode once. It actually survived so they could have done it again.
