Funnily enough, I drew feathered T-Rex’s when I was just a young kid, well before anyone had found evidence of feathered big guys. Just seemed logical to me.
I’d like to see the expression of a paleontologist who discoveres a fossilized example of this.

T-Rexes are apparently related to the common chicken from what I’ve read. It’d need a pretty big coop! (though I’d like to see a fox get THAT one)
Some dinosaurs probably did spend time in trees and since they already had feathers the rest was history.

Different branch. Pterosaurs weren’t morphologically close to avian dino forms, eh? Nicky’s talking dinosaurs!
Well said and there are indications that T-Rex juveniles had feathers and there were MANY feathered dinosaurs of many sizes not just ol’ Archy.
