Gluten free crust – spelt is just awful.
No fat cheese – wallpaper paste has better flavour and texture.
Tomatoe paste with some herbs and seasoning added but no salt or sugar
Sun dried Tomatoes
Brussel sprouts [steamed]
Bell Peppers – red, yellow, orange – no green since it is bad for the digestion
Broccoli [steamed] – be good to your colon
Extra virgin olive oil
Pieces of boiled chicken – good protein
Olives – the ripe ones not the green ones – kids hate those
Anchovies – no, just no – also too much salt
